It's 50 degrees and dry at 6:15

(Eeeeek!  I opened up the "Blogger Dashboard," as I do every morning, only to face an entirely strange, new layout form.  Not fun!)

Here is WKTV's Weather Forecast:  "TGIF!  Another mild afternoon expected today with highs in the mid to upper 70s.  A mix of sunshine and clouds, with thicker clouds and cooler temperatures north of the valley.  The weather is expected to stay dry today.

Rainfall is expected this weekend.  Rain arrives late tonight along with the clouds.   Lows in the low 50s.  A cloudy, wet start to Saturday.  Steady rain tapers to showers throughout the afternoon.  HIghs only in the upper 50s.

A stalling cold front brings the chance for more rain on Sunday.  The timing and coverage of the rainfall is still uncertain, but we'll keep you posted.

Cool, wet weather will be the norm early next week.  Highs will stay in the 50s."

Yesterday's mystery picture.

"EAGLE EYE" AWARDS
to

Wendy Sexton and Skip Foppes
who both identified this as the dirt road just west of Jack Prior's on Madison Street and noticed that the chain had been opened and that the junk car that had been abandoned a short way into the road a year or more ago had been removed.

Thank You to whoever did that!

Wendy suggested that I do more "mystery pictures" - a good idea - but I couldn't find one for today.

In place of that, here are some photographs that were taken seven years ago and which are always amusing to look at.
