It now appears that sleet and freezing rain will break out later Wednesday Night and continue for a time into Thursday before enough warmer air allows for a switch to plain rain. A Curiosity
For several weeks this odd duck - mallard-size but mostly white with a dark head - has been mingling with all of the other ducks on the little pond at the foot of Grant Hill, but now the Mallards have left and this "orphan" or "outcast" has been left behind. Is it a different breed or just a different color?
