It's Garbage Day

24 degrees and dry at 7:15

The YNN Weaher Forecast: "With winds shifting into the south ..... through Monday, look for at or above average temperatures. There will also be a decent amount of sun for many areas, especially southern sections.

A weak disturbance will drop in from the northwest Monday night bringing flurries and snow showers through Tuesday. This won't amount to much but could lead to a coating to a few inches.

Wednesday warmer air will build in from the south. Highs temperatures will be well into the 40s and maybe even near 50 in spots."

FOR THE RECORD

The January Full Moon
(from the Farmers' Almanac)

"Full Wolf Moon – Amid the cold and deep snows of midwinter, the wolf packs howled hungrily outside Indian villages. Thus, the name for January’s full Moon. Sometimes it was also referred to as the Old Moon, or the Moon After Yule. Some called it the Full Snow Moon, but most tribes applied that name to the next Moon."

I inadvertently left my camera in the blogcar yesterday afternoon. A few photos - although they are not very exciting - will follow.

Have a good day, everyone!
