It's 29 degrees at 7:30 a.m.

The Weather Forecast from YNN: "Wednesday will be brisk and seasonably chilly with a blend of clouds and sun.  Highs on Wednesday will be in the upper 30s and lower 40s. High pressure keeps our weather quiet through the end of the week with temperatures slowly climbing back into the 40s for Thursday and Friday.

After a quiet start to the weekend on Saturday, the threat for rain and snow showers will be back in the forecast on Sunday.  Temperatures over the weekend will remain in the 40s.  Unsettled conditions along with cooler temperatures will be with us early next week. "

YESTERDAY

No more Snow Geese ........

...  but every single Canada Goose in this part of New York State must have been in the gaggle that nearly covered the entire cornfield in front of the "Tyler Barn"  ...

........... and it's a big cornfield!

******
Fortunately, they don't ever seem to want to come into the Village where, for the most part, front yards and doorways are pristine and pretty.

The Edkins home on Tower Street.

The Falks' on Putnam.

The Corios on White Street.

Even without lights or other decorations, this large Christmas tree on the second floor balcony of the Mowrey residence on Sanger Avenue is getting plenty of attention. Everyone wonders HOW Mark managed to hoist it into position! (The scaffolding is there for some woodwork repair, but perhaps it came in handy as a tree lift aid, too?)
