Yesterday Morning, around 10:30
Weather forecasters had kept saying that a "cold front" would come through, but this was the first time that I had ever seen clouds that looked to me, as I turned northward from Main Street onto Route 315, like ocean waves in a storm.
Turning up the hill onto Berrill Avenue and heading for Hanover, the line of "waves" stretched as far as I could see in both directions.
Here are six shots "stitched" together into one picture.
(Double-click.)
(Does anyone know a meteorologist? I'd like to know what this sort of cloud is called.)
One thing that I do know is that the clouds did not hold any great amount of water: a little rain fell, but not enough to to really soak into cropland or lawns.
We do need rain, terribly - but not for the next few hours!

Have a great day!
